Dave Lansley has over 40 years of engineering, operations management, and R&D experience, gained at global manufacturers including P&G, Unilever, Kellogg's, and Kellanova. He specialises in process expertise, capacity and loss reduction, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement - taking innovation from concept through to full-scale production, and training site teams to make the results stick.
